How do client inquiries come in?

When a visitor fills in the contact form on your public portfolio page, the inquiry is automatically captured in your Inquiries panel — no setup required. You see name, email, phone, message and which listing they inquired about.

What is the lead pipeline?

Every inquiry can be tagged with a lead status: New, Contacted, Interested, Offer, or Closed. This gives you a clear view of your sales pipeline and helps you prioritize follow-ups.

Can I reply via WhatsApp?

Yes. Each inquiry shows a WhatsApp button that opens a pre-filled message to the client's phone number. You can also reply by email directly from the panel.

How do tasks work?

Create follow-up tasks directly from an inquiry or independently. Set a due date, priority (low/medium/high), and task type (call, email, meeting, showing). Tasks appear sorted by urgency — overdue first.

Can I schedule property showings?

Yes. The Showings scheduler lets you set client details, date, duration, and notes. After a showing you can record feedback and a star rating. All showings are visible in calendar and list views.
