Create Account
To get started, simply create a free account.
Go to the registration page
Click the "Start Free" button on the homepage or navigate directly to the registration page.
Enter your details
Create your account with your name, email address and password. Make sure to choose a strong password.
Email verification
Click the verification link sent to your email after registration. Your account will be activated.
Sign in to the platform
Sign in with your email and password. Your dashboard will welcome you.
Dashboard
After signing in, the dashboard is your central hub for managing all your parcels, portfolios, listings and client inquiries.
Dashboard Components
- Parcel List: View, edit, or delete all your created parcels.
- Quick Actions: Access new parcel drawing, video creation, listing creation and sharing with a single click.
- Statistics: Track your total parcel count, listing count, portfolio count and inquiry count.
- Recent Activity: Quickly access your most recently created or edited parcels.
- Recent Inquiries: View the latest client inquiries directly from the dashboard.
- Portfolio Summary: Track active portfolio view counts at a glance.
Map & Parcel Drawing
The platform offers a high-resolution 3D map powered by ArcGIS infrastructure. You create parcels by drawing directly on the map.
Parcel Drawing Steps
Find the location
Pan the map or use the address search bar to navigate to your land's location. The search bar accepts addresses, neighborhoods or coordinates.
Start drawing mode
Click the "Draw" button in the map toolbar. The cursor will switch to drawing mode.
Mark corner points
Click sequentially on the corner points of your land. Each click creates a vertex. A minimum of 3 points is required.
Complete the drawing
Double-click the last point or click the first point to close the parcel. Area, perimeter, average elevation and slope are automatically calculated.

After completing the drawing, you can enter detailed information about the parcel. This information is displayed in presentation materials and sharing links.

The moment you draw a parcel, the platform automatically detects nearby points of interest across 15+ categories and calculates their distances.

Video Creation Steps
Select the parcel
Choose the parcel you want to create a video for from the dashboard or the map.
Click "Generate Video"
Use the generate video button on the parcel detail page. AI automatically determines scenes and camera angles.
Preview and edit
Preview the generated video. Use the chat interface with commands like "show the school too" or "add sunset effect" to make edits.
Save and share
Download the video in MP4 format or send it directly to your client via a sharing link.

Creating a Share Card
Open the parcel or listing
Navigate to the parcel presentation page or listing detail page where you want to create a share card.
Click "Share Card"
Click the "Share Card" button in the sharing section. The card generator will open.
Choose a template
Select from three professionally designed templates: Modern (gradient background), Minimal (clean white), or Bold (dark with accent colors).
Download or share
Download the card as a PNG image, share it directly via the native share menu, or copy it to clipboard.

Parcel Share Cards
Title, area, price, price per m², block/parcel number, zoning status, deed status, elevation, slope, coordinates, infrastructure tags, and view tags.
Listing Share Cards
Cover photo, title, price, property type, bedrooms, bathrooms, area, address, and listing status.
Portfolio Management
The portfolio system lets you group your listings into professional branded websites that you share with clients. Each portfolio has its own unique URL, theme colors, and featured listings.
Creating a Portfolio
Go to Portfolios page
Open the "Portfolios" page from the sidebar menu. You'll see your existing portfolios here.
Create a new portfolio
Enter a portfolio name and click "Create". A unique URL is automatically generated (e.g., terrain.rodostoteknoloji.com/p/username/portfolio-name).
Customize your portfolio
Click "Edit" to configure theme colors, description, contact details, and SEO settings.
Share the link
Share your portfolio's unique URL with clients. They can browse listings and contact you directly.

Choose light or dark theme, set your brand color. Your portfolio page reflects your corporate identity.

Add your WhatsApp number, email and social media accounts. Clients can reach you with one click.

Select which listings to highlight at the top of your portfolio page. Showcase your best properties.
SEO Settings
Set page title, description and keywords. Improve your ranking in search engine results.

Creating a Listing
Open the Listings page
Navigate to "Listings" from the sidebar. You'll see your listings with filter and search tools.
Add a new listing
Click "New Listing". Enter the title, address, price, bedrooms/bathrooms/area details.
Set type and status
Choose sale/rental type, property type (land, apartment, villa, etc.) and status (active, sold, archived).
Assign to a portfolio
Link the listing to one of your portfolios. It will then appear on that portfolio's public page.
Listing Details
Basic Information
Title, description, address, price, currency, rental period. Turkish or English.
Property Features
Bedrooms, bathrooms, area (m²), property type (land, apartment, villa, commercial, etc.).
Location
Latitude and longitude coordinates. Automatically pinned on the portfolio map.
Status Tracking
Active, sold, or archived statuses. Mark as sold with one click, or reactivate sold listings. Sold properties are displayed with a "Sold" badge.
Photo Management
Add photos to each listing to increase visual appeal. Photos are automatically optimized and displayed as a gallery on the portfolio page.
Adding Photos
Save the listing first
Fill in listing details and save. Photo upload is only available for existing (saved) listings.
Upload photos
Click the "Add Photo" area in the listing editor and select your photos. JPEG and PNG formats are supported.
Cover photo
The first uploaded photo is automatically set as the cover image. This photo is shown on cards and listing previews.
Inquiry Management
When clients fill out the contact form on your portfolio page, inquiries are automatically saved. Manage all client communications from the Inquiries page.

Inquiry arrives
A client fills out the form on your portfolio page. Name, email, phone and message are recorded.
You get notified
New inquiry notifications appear on the dashboard and inquiries page. Unread inquiries are highlighted.
Review the inquiry
Open the inquiry details: client info, which portfolio it came from, which listing it's about, and the message.
Reply
Reply via email or WhatsApp with a single click. If a phone number is available, you can call directly.

Address Search
Search by address, neighborhood or coordinates using the search bar in the upper left of the map.

Settings Options
- Name: Your name that appears on sharing materials and your profile.
- Username: Your unique username used in portfolio URLs.
- Language Preference: Use the platform interface in Turkish or English.
- Change Password: Enter your current password to set a new one.
- Forgot Password: Reset your password via email from the link on the sign-in screen.
